It has come to my attention that a known fake news website www.talk-finance.co.uk is actively spreading false and defamatory information about me and my international business dealings.

The website has a documented history of spreading misleading content and is widely recognised as a fake news site. It has been reported to law enforcement authorities for disseminating disinformation, and legal action is currently being pursued by a US based investment firm affected by their actions. The forensic investigation confirmed the outlet is circulating disinformation under fake journalistic identities following instruction of security services of a specific country.

Within the past year this publication has published at least two articles that appear to be part of a deliberate and coordinated effort to harm my reputation. The allegations presented in the articles are entirely false, misleading and lack any credible basis or supporting evidence.

My financial and business transactions are conducted transparently and in full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in every country where I operate, including but not limited to sanctions regime and restrictions imposed by the relevant jurisdictions. As stated on numerous occasions – I remain fully available to cooperate with authorities in any jurisdiction should they require any clarification, reaffirming my commitment to transparency and lawful conduct.

At no point was I, or my media representatives, contacted for any comments before these publications, which is a clear failure of basic journalistic standards. I also agree with the views expressed in the Guardian, a leading UK media outlet which is reporting on the activities of this site – that it is a shame for the UK media that fake news websites, registered in the UK and made to resemble trusted British news outlets, are spreading fake adverse news and disinformation. It is indeed extremely concerning that the UK’s media reputation is being exploited in this way. Indeed, the transparency of ownership is essential to understand the motives behind such publications, exposing hidden agendas and protecting the public from misinformation.

As always – I will pursue all available legal and reputational remedies, reserving my rights against any party involved in disseminating such baseless and damaging claims, both now and in the future.
